Rehab PRN Therapist-Occupational Therapist

Assess, plan, and organize rehabilitative programs to restore function in activities of daily living, functional mobility, and cognitive tasks for patients with disease or injury. Implement treatment plans, select appropriate activities to progress patients toward goals, and revise plans with patient and family input. Provide ongoing education, discharge instructions, and referrals to community resources while documenting evaluations, sessions, and care according to departmental guidelines. Collaborate with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs and discharge plans. Adhere to all regulatory standards, infection prevention precautions, and Wellstar Health System policies.
