Job Summary
Coordinate the rehab department's operations, including managing admissions and treatment schedules, monitoring MDS assessment periods and data, and providing overall department management. Responsible for scheduling evaluations with nursing/admissions, ensuring staffing coverage and adherence to MDS timelines, maintaining productivity, generating reports, ensuring compliance with Medicare B, OSHA, infection control, and quality assurance programs, and maintaining documentation and supplies for the rehabilitation program.
