Job Summary
Lead rehabilitation field staff in alignment with BAYADA standards for quality, service, and compliance. Oversee service delivery by reviewing therapy documentation, supporting accurate ICD coding, and monitoring key performance indicators. Ensure efficient case management from start of care through discharge while serving as an internal case manager and client advocate. Provide clinical oversight through hiring, competency validation, performance reviews, and home observations. Partner with leadership to pilot new programs and strengthen staff training. Represent the company in community and marketing activities, including visits to physician offices. This exempt office-based leadership role supports the Big Island Visits office and ensures cohesive, high-quality rehabilitation services across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Current license in good standing as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Hawaii
- Graduation from an accredited and approved therapist program
- Prior supervisory experience commensurate with program requirements
- At least two years of direct therapy experience
- Successful completion of required clinical quizzes, competency testing, skills checklist, background and exclusions checks, and continuing education requirements
