Job Summary
Provide patient care under RN supervision, including obtaining vital signs, monitoring intake and output, and performing procedures like intermittent catheterization and skin treatments. Assist patients with meals, mobility, and activities of daily living while recording weight, height, and data into the automated documentation system. Respond to call lights promptly and transport patients between areas. Requires current BLS certification, effective communication skills, and familiarity with hospital procedures. Full-time 24-hour shift at REHAB Hospital of the Pacific in Physical Rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Current healthcare BLS certification
- Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with standard hospital procedures
- Ability to safely and effectively manage patients' mobility
- No covid vaccine is required
