Job Summary
On-site Rehab Director role leading a location with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists; responsibilities include clinical oversight to ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance, staff development, interdisciplinary collaboration, resource management, and program leadership. Lead and direct therapists, oversee care delivery to maximize outcomes, schedule staff, communicate with facility teams, ensure documentation and billing alignment with Medicare and company policies, and promote clinical program growth and quality outcomes while fostering a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology program
- Current license/certification in the state of practice
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, long-term care setting preferred
