Job Summary
Rehab Director to lead on-site therapy services at Village on the Isle, Venice, FL, overseeing physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. Responsibilities include clinical oversight of PT/OT/SLP services, regulatory compliance and licensure maintenance, staff development and training, and interdisciplinary collaboration to maximize patient outcomes. Manage resources, scheduling, and program development; lead new hire orientation; ensure accurate billing and documentation per Medicare and company policies; promote quality outcomes, risk-based programs, and strong facility relationships. Requires a degree in PT/OT/SLP, active state license, and 2+ years of healthcare/long-term care experience; leadership and administrative duties are central to the role. Required Qualifications
- Degree in an accredited Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Program. Certified assistants also qualify- Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
- Current license/certification in the state of practice
- 2+ Years Experience in healthcare, long-term care setting preferred.
