Job Summary
Lead the rehab department as the primary Legacy representative by creating rapport with facility personnel, overseeing internal marketing, and managing site productivity to achieve budget goals. Direct clinical service delivery across disciplines, assess patient needs to develop appropriate programs, and coordinate daily therapy programming with facility staff. Maintain a caseload that meets standards, manage staff schedules, and oversee CliniFax requirements for physician signatures. Participate in clinical outcomes reporting and assist with staff orientation to meet company, state, and federal standards. Enjoy a desirable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Clinical background as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Speech Language Pathologies (SLP)
- Three to five years' experience in long-term care (LTC) or senior living
- Minimum of a degree from accredited college or university or equivalent experience (i.e., degree in PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP)
- Licensed and registered (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP) in state where assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Some prior supervisory experience
