Rehab Director- SLP

Oversee internal marketing efforts to assist with relationship building with staff and residents while managing site productivity and achieving budget goals. Create rapport with key facility personnel and manage a caseload to assist the rehab department in meeting standards. Direct and train others in clinical service delivery, assess patient needs to develop appropriate clinical programs, and coordinate daily therapy programming with facility staff. Participate in clinical outcomes reporting, manage staff schedules, and oversee CliniFax requirements for physician signatures on therapy plans. Assist with staff orientation and training to meet company, state, and federal standards. Support ST caseload coverage at Compass Rose Zephyrhills and Gardens of Westbrooke when needed.
