Job Summary
Lead a therapy team, build relationships with seniors and facility personnel, and create rehabilitation programs that help patients live independently. Oversee internal marketing, manage site productivity and budget, and maintain a caseload to meet department standards. Assess patient needs, develop clinical programs, and direct training across disciplines while coordinating daily therapy programming. Participate in clinical outcomes reporting, manage staff schedules, and oversee CliniFax and physician signatures. Assist with orientation and training to meet company, state, and federal standards. Required Qualifications
- Clinical background as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Three to five years' experience in long-term care (LTC) or senior living
- Minimum of a degree from accredited college or university or equivalent experience (i.e., degree in PT, PTA, OT, COTA)
- Licensed and registered (PT, PTA, OT, COTA) in state where assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Some prior supervisory experience
