Rehab Director- PTA

Manage site productivity and oversee internal marketing efforts to build relationships with facility personnel, staff, and residents. Create rapport with key stakeholders while maintaining a caseload that assists the rehab department in meeting clinical standards. Direct and train others in clinical service delivery, assess patient needs to develop appropriate programs, and coordinate daily therapy programming with facility staff. Participate in clinical outcomes reporting, manage staff schedules, and ensure physician signatures on therapy plans of care. Assist with orientation and training to meet company, state, and federal standards.
