Job Summary
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team while managing daily department operations, including productivity, scheduling, and staffing. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership to ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines. Mentor therapists to promote clinical excellence and drive positive patient outcomes and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation and departmental performance standards. This full-time role in Shelbina, MO, supports a therapist-owned organization providing exceptional rehabilitation services to older adults in a skilled nursing setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current Missouri license as a PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA
- Missouri PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA License
