Job Summary
Provide leadership and direction for therapy operations while supporting therapists and promoting clinical excellence. Monitor program performance and quality outcomes, collaborate with facility leadership, and assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development. Maintain strong relationships with patients and interdisciplinary teams to drive clinical excellence and improve patient outcomes. This full-time leadership opportunity is for a licensed PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA in Michigan with previous therapy leadership experience preferred, located in Battle Creek, MI.
