Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department by supervising, mentoring, and supporting the therapy team. Partner with nursing and facility leadership to deliver outstanding resident care while managing scheduling, staffing, productivity, and department performance. Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines to promote quality outcomes and excellent customer service. Required Qualifications
- Current Missouri license as a PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA
- Current Missouri PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA License
Desired Qualifications
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for providing exceptional patient care
