Rehab Director- PT

Create rapport with key facility personnel and Legacy employees to discover needs and oversee internal marketing efforts for staff and community leaders. Manage site productivity to achieve budget goals while maintaining a caseload that meets department standards. Assess patient needs to develop clinical programs appropriate for the facility census and direct training in clinical service delivery across disciplines. Coordinate daily rehab department activities with facility staff to plan therapy programming, manage staff schedules, and handle physician signatures on therapy plans. Participate in clinical outcomes reporting and assist with staff orientation to meet company, state, and federal standards.
