Job Summary
Create rapport with key facility personnel and Legacy employees to discover needs, while overseeing internal marketing efforts to build relationships with staff and residents. Manage site productivity and budget, maintain a caseload to meet standards, and assess patient needs to develop appropriate clinical programs. Direct and train others in clinical service delivery, coordinate daily therapy programming with facility staff, and participate in clinical outcomes reporting. Manage staff schedules to meet caseload requirements, oversee CliniFax and physician signatures on therapy plans, and assist with orientation and training for staff to meet company, state, and federal standards.
Required Qualifications
- Clinical background as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), or Speech Language Pathologies (SLP)
- Three to five years' experience in long-term care (LTC) or senior living
- Minimum of a degree from accredited college or university or equivalent experience (i.e., degree in PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP)
- Licensed and registered (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP) in state where assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Some prior supervisory experience
