Job Summary
Lead a therapy team and build relationships with seniors to create exceptional rehabilitation programs. Oversee internal marketing, manage site productivity and budgets, and maintain a caseload that meets standards. Assess patient needs to develop clinical programs, direct and train staff in service delivery, and coordinate daily therapy programming with facility personnel. Manage staff schedules, handle physician signatures on therapy plans, and participate in clinical outcomes reporting. Assist with orientation and training to meet company, state, and federal standards. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and 32-hour pay guarantee.
Required Qualifications
- Clinical background as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapist (OT), Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Three to five years' experience in long-term care (LTC) or senior living
- Minimum of a degree from accredited college or university or equivalent experience (i.e., degree in PT, PTA, OT, COTA)
- Licensed and registered (PT, PTA, OT, COTA) in state where assigned

- Some prior supervisory experience
