Job Summary
Coordinate patient care and administrative support in the therapy department under supervision of the Therapy Care Navigator; manage documentation (DARs, treatment grids, forms for physician signature), filing, and charts, ensure timely review and compliance, attend meetings, assist with scheduling and time sheets, maintain equipment and treatment areas, represent TMC professionally, promote positive staff relations, and support department operations. Requires High School Diploma or GED with Nurses’ Aide certification or equivalent health paraprofessional training preferred; strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task within a teamwork environment; maintain confidentiality and lift up to 50 pounds. On-site in Green Valley, AZ with tuition reimbursement benefits and other provided protections as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Nurses’ Aide Certification or equivalent health paraprofessional training and/or one year of experience in the rehabilitation field preferred
- Ability to successfully complete company Tech Coordinator training and testing
- Ability to demonstrate customer service and soft skills
