Job Summary
Act as a liaison between Key Rehab and community staff to minimize administrative burden while coordinating staffing and daily scheduling to meet key performance indicators. Provide therapy services under your disciplinary scope of practice as a Program Coordinator-PTA in a SNF setting. Manage tasks efficiently to address challenges, ensuring seamless collaboration within the team and clear communication with patients and colleagues. This role supports clinicians to deliver effective, affordable therapy while adhering to Medicare billing regulations and federal, state, and local standards.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited PTA or OTA program
- Current PTA or OTA license to practice in the state(s) assigned
- CPR, as required by community
- Valid driver license and car insurance as required by state law
- Other items as required by federal, state and local standards

- Prior experience in long term care setting and service coordination
- Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions
- Flexibility and Team Collaboration: Adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment
- Exceptional Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues
- Experience with Geriatric Population: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs
- Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines
