Job Summary
Rehab Assistant at Unified Therapy Services in Lancaster, WI, part-time (20-25 hours/week) with daytime hours 8:00 am to early/mid afternoon. Responsibilities include setting up and tearing down therapeutic equipment, assisting with therapy projects, maintaining a positive health-care team relationship, ensuring clinic cleanliness, handling laundry and dishes for therapy use, basic repairs, assisting with staff orientation, supporting front desk duties (scheduling, payments, HIPAA compliance), ordering supplies, performing clerical duties and inventory tasks, and supporting overall clinic operations and treatment delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred)
