Job Summary
Assist physical therapists with patient care, administer hot/cold packs, and maintain therapy equipment while ensuring a clean, neat clinic environment. Greet patients, answer phones, and book appointments to support daily operations. This role offers observation hours for physical therapy programs and includes partnership with local high school athletic teams. New graduates receive mentorship, continuing education allowances, and company-sponsored in-services, with opportunities for leadership training and a sports residency program.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a medical environment, ideally in a physical or occupational therapy department, is preferred
