Job Summary
Greet patients courteously, prepare treatment areas by cleaning and restocking supplies, and support PT and OT clinical staff in patient care delivery. Manage daily functions including appointment scheduling, check-in/out procedures, and equipment maintenance. Maintain the physical environment of the facility and perform other duties as assigned. This role is part of Spire Orthopedic Partners' network of practices, where team members work to deliver value and quality in orthopedic care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- At least one year of orthopedic related work
Desired Qualifications
- Discretion to work with confidential information
- Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations
- Pertinent job-related experience and Medical Terminology
- Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus
- Kinesiology background a plus
