Job Summary
Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up and maintain equipment cleanliness, and assist staff with patient care under therapist supervision. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the treatment space, equipment, and stock. This outpatient rehabilitation aide role is located at the St. Charles Campus of Good Samaritan University Hospital in Port Jefferson, where the team delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care for patients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic conditions.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
