Job Summary
Greet patients courteously, prepare treatment areas by cleaning and restocking supplies, and support PT and OT staff in patient care delivery. Schedule appointments, manage check-ins and check-outs, and maintain the physical environment and equipment. This part-time role requires 8am to 4:30pm daily hours and supports a national network of orthopedic practices focused on patient care.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- At least one year of orthopedic related work
Desired Qualifications
- Discretion to work with confidential information
- Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations
- Pertinent job-related experience and Medical Terminology
- Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus
- Kinesiology background a plus
