Rehab Aide Outpatient Orthopedic PRN, Day

Transport patients, assist with personal care needs, and monitor patient conditions while reporting status to appropriate individuals. Prepare the rehab environment by cleaning treatment areas, organizing spaces, and stocking supplies with necessary items. Assist therapists with patient transfers, bed positioning, and exercise prescriptions using safe body mechanics and proper technique. Communicate effectively regarding patient needs or status and attend department, team, and organization meetings as assigned. This outpatient orthopedic role supports the clinical team to optimize quality and efficiency of patient care at NE Columbia Medical Park Facility.
