Job Summary
The Rehab Aide provides support to Physical and Occupational Therapists in the treatment of patients, assisting with setup and administration of therapies and monitoring exercises. Duties include maintaining clinic cleanliness, performing front desk responsibilities, scheduling patients, and participating in team meetings. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and proficiency in office technologies are essential. Candidates must hold a High School Diploma, manage electronic medical records, and maintain CPR Certification for Healthcare Professionals. Candidate must also meet physical demands including lifting and using proper body mechanics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Experience and proficiency working with computers and electronic medical records
- CPR Certification for Healthcare Professionals
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English
- Participate in CAO's Rehab Aide training and pass proficiency exam

- Proficiency in Windows based office technologies (e.g., Word, Excel)
