Regulatory Start Up Associate - Shanghai

Regulatory Start-Up Associate (RSA) and Regulatory Start-Up Lead (RSL) responsible for planning, preparation, and review of country- and site-level ethics and regulatory submissions during the start-up phase of clinical trials, and, where applicable, throughout maintenance and close-out. Ensure submissions comply with ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements to support timely trial approvals. Demonstrates an action-oriented mindset to address challenges, balancing ethical, cultural, and organizational needs, with strong planning and alignment skills to keep activities structured and adaptable to change.
