Regulatory Reporting Specialist (Manager)

Job Summary

Lead client onboarding and implementation projects from initiation through completion, developing project plans, status reports, and tracking dashboards to support delivery. Coordinate with clients, third parties, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, manage milestones, and ensure implementation readiness while monitoring progress and escalating risks. Serve as the technical subject matter expert for regulatory reporting requirements including PRIIPs, KIIDs, EMT, EPT, EET, MiFID, Solvency II, AIFMD, and CCI, analyzing and interpreting regulations to translate them into clear implementation solutions. Review reporting methodologies and data inputs to ensure deliverables are accurate and aligned to standards, identifying gaps and dependencies within frameworks. Act as the key point of contact for technical discussions, providing clear guidance on reporting requirements and expected deliverables to clients and administrators. Manage and motivate the team through goal setting, regular one-to-ones, and performance reviews, providing expertise, training, and daily support.

Required Qualifications

  • Newly qualified accountant
  • 2-3 years post qualification experience
  • significant relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience in regulatory reporting
  • Strong experience in client onboarding
  • Strong experience in implementation
  • Strong experience in project delivery within financial services
  • Good working knowledge of PRIIPs
  • Good working knowledge of KIIDs
  • Good working knowledge of EMT
  • Good working knowledge of EPT
  • Good working knowledge of EET
  • Good working knowledge of MiFID
  • Good working knowledge of Solvency II
  • Good working knowledge of AIFMD
  • Good working knowledge of CCI
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently from initiation to completion
