Job Summary
Regulatory Reporting Governance and Risk Advisory lead, VP, responsible for leading governance framework, policy oversight, attestation programs, and risk reporting for regulatory submissions within Corporate Finance. Partners across the three lines of defense, advises senior leadership, drives risk-management strategies, builds robust control environments, and mentors a team while coordinating with Finance, Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Management across multiple locations. Key duties include defining risk-tiering criteria for reports, managing CFO attestation processes, leading regulatory exam responses, shaping risk management culture, and supporting transformation initiatives related to Business Risk Management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, management, or a related field
- minimum of 10+ years’ experience in risk identification, assessment, or regulatory/compliance/audit related activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a small team of junior risk professionals
- Experience with regulatory reporting programs or matters is a plus
