Job Summary
Experienced program coordinator to manage Fidelity's Regulatory Reporting Team initiatives with a focus on controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating scoping/planning/deployment of multi-project efforts, identifying resources and budgets, managing issues and risks across project lifecycles, ensuring deadlines, coordinating with Internal Audit, Compliance and Operational Risk on control programs and testing, updating policies and procedures, preparing governance materials for boards, designing departmental workflows and staffing, leading business continuity/resilience efforts, and coordinating with vendors. The role emphasizes automation and process efficiencies to advance regulatory capabilities, with duties tied to SEC and FINRA reporting obligations for broker-dealers and related entities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Familiarity with SEC and FINRA reporting obligations
- Experience with Snowflake, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Fast-paced, deadline driven environment experience
- Self-motivated with energy, enthusiasm, and curiosity
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple detailed processes
