Job Summary
Coordinate between departments and the Compliance Division to meet regulatory deliverables, review new requirements for initial interpretation, and assist in mitigating compliance deficiencies. Draft policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure documented processes accurately reflect current operations, while coordinating with the Division to draft audit deliverables in response to corrective actions. Support departments with regulatory reporting by developing requirements and ensuring timely report delivery. This full-time temporary assignment (August to December 2026) requires a Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Business, or a related field with two years of business analysis experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of experience conducting or supporting business analysis activities
- Some experience related to project coordination or project management
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Windows based PC systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including working knowledge of pivot tables)
- Knowledge of Outlook
- Knowledge of PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Visio
- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of Research, analysis, and reporting methods
- Knowledge of Basic standards in business analysis
- Ability to Interpret and apply complex regulations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to Think critically to make informed recommendations
- Ability to Draft policies, procedures, workflows, written reports, and other program documents
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis without current or future needs for any type of employer supported or provided sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Four years of additional experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree
