Job Summary
Regulatory Manager role focused on the transport and mobility sector: formulate, draft, and refine model regulations, municipal bylaws, and public policy papers supporting tech-driven transportation solutions; monitor national and regional transportation laws and digital platform guidelines; perform regulatory gap analysis to assess viability and identify blockers; collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Product teams to align regulatory drafts with business realities; assist in drafting joint position statements and industry-wide documents with industry associations; requires a Law degree with 7+ years in regulatory drafting and strong government stakeholder networks. Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- 7+ years of experience in legal drafting, legislative design, or regulatory affairs
- Strong familiarity with transport and digital economy regulations
- Mobility/travel regulations experience
- Established network among government stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and independent project management capabilities
