Job Summary
The Regulatory Manager at American International Industries will lead efforts in product compliance for beauty and personal care products across domestic and international markets, ensuring timely and accurate regulatory submissions. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and substantial experience in regulatory compliance within the cosmetic industry. The position is full-time and onsite with no hybrid option.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience within Quality or Regulatory in cosmetic/pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Working knowledge of cosmetic regulatory requirements in domestic and international markets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Attention to detail and follow-through
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in collecting, writing, revising MSDS to SDS
- Familiarity with handling CARB Survey
- Knowledge of DOT/IATA/IMDG
- Experience with CARB/VOC/EPA
- Working knowledge of EU Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009
