Job Summary
Oversee development and management of regulatory data and external reporting services, specifically for Dodd Frank 1071 Small Business Lending. Collaborate with stakeholders, Controls, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business owners to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Lead process optimization and cost efficiencies while managing the product backlog to guarantee timely delivery of reporting requirements. Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights, create reports, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Serve as a subject matter expert for banking operations including mortgage lending, credit cards, auto, and small businesses. This role requires a VP-level leader with 7+ years of experience in product ownership, reporting, or data analytics to drive data quality and process optimization within JPMorgan Chase's Regulatory External Data Services team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Reporting and Data Analytics, or similar role
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and principles
- Executive communication, collaboration, and strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in data solutions and technology tools like SQL, Python, AWS
- Ability to lead and manage projects independently
- Flexibility to adapt to change
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
