Job Summary
Oversee the development and management of regulatory data and external reporting services while collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals. Lead process optimization and cost efficiencies for the product, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of reporting requirements. Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for reports or recommendations and serve as a subject matter expert for banking operations including mortgage lending, credit cards, auto, and small businesses. Work closely with Controls, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business owners to understand data requirements and support strategic decision-making. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of experience, proficiency in SQL and Python, and authorization to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Reporting and Data Analytics, or similar role
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and principles
- Executive communication, collaboration, and strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in data solutions and technology tools like SQL, Python, AWS
- Ability to lead and manage projects independently
- Flexibility to adapt to change
- To be authorized to work in the United States
- Not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship
