Job Summary
Lead development and management of regulatory data and external reporting services; define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; collaborate with stakeholders to align with regulatory, financial, external, and legal obligations; optimize processes and cost efficiencies; manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of reporting requirements; analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and reports; collaborate with Controls, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Business Owners to ensure data quality and support regulatory data demands; serve as a subject-matter expert for banking operations such as mortgage lending, credit cards, auto, and small businesses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Reporting and Data Analytics, or similar role
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and principles
- Executive communication, collaboration, and strong leadership skills
- Proficiency in data solutions and technology tools like SQL, Python, AWS, PySpark
- Ability to lead and manage projects independently
- Flexibility to adapt to change
