Job Summary

Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports to federal and state agencies by compiling financial and operational data while performing quality checks. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and IT to gather data for tariff filings, price lists, and subsidy programs, and assist with audits to maintain program integrity. Independently research licensing requirements for municipal and state jurisdictions, manage the full lifecycle of existing licenses, and track applications through approval. Process incoming subpoenas, maintain litigation trackers, and support discovery and document collection. Assist with contract routing, records management, and compliance calendaring to ensure submissions are timely, complete, and accurate.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • One to three years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal operations, licensing, corporate administration, finance, accounting, or a related support role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, business partners, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work overtime as needed
  • Currently authorized to work in the US for any employer
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with telecommunications, regulatory reporting, tariffs, subsidy programs, licensing, or corporate compliance
  • Familiarity with matter trackers, project management platforms, Smartsheet, reporting tools, AI tools, or similar systems
  • Paralegal certificate or prior law firm or corporate legal department experience
