Job Summary
Regulatory Counsel based in London responsible for regulatory compliance and advisory across Bandwidth’s coverage countries. You’ll analyse regulatory frameworks, advise on compliance strategies and risks, draft regulatory documentation, and collaborate with Product, Carrier Relations, Engineering, and Operations. You will negotiate supplier agreements, review public consultations, draft position papers, and support regulatory go-to-market initiatives. Travel may be required to liaise with internal and external parties in different regions. Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, sharp analytical abilities, and proficiency in English are essential; additional European language skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law
- 3-5 years of experience in electronic communications regulatory topics (in-house or law office)
- Knowledge of voice, messaging, and numbering regulatory frameworks and issues
- Fluent in legal and business English; additional European language is a plus
