Job Summary
Audit new driver files, verify DOT compliance, and process annual MVRs and violation reviews. Manage physical and CDL renewals monthly, maintain the Drug Screen Compliance database, and oversee random and pre-employment testing. Ensure legal compliance with Hours of Service regulations by auditing logs and producing reports in RAIR and Platform Science systems. Process incoming employment verification requests, scan and index documents daily, and authorize rider passes. Manage inbound safety/regulatory calls on the 800-number and monitor OSA and OSHA training completion.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED
- Specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area (e.g., data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation)
- 0 to 6 months related experience and/or training
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear
- Ability to occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Close vision
