Regulatory Compliance Supervisor

Job Summary
Counsel employees, develop performance expectations, and organize daily operations to ensure strict adherence to EPA, DOT, PHMSA, DHS, and OSHA regulations. Conduct audits, investigate violations, and implement corrective actions while mitigating legal risks through monitoring and staff training. Advise senior management on compliance strategies and act as the primary contact for regulatory bodies regarding inquiries and inspections. Prepare compliance reports for management and agencies, streamline work processes to decrease turnaround times, and ensure seamless customer service. This role requires a valid driver's license and 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with a preference for Navajo and veteran candidates.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- Associates Degree in Business, Law, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a related compliance or regulatory role
- Deep understanding of industry-specific laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Knowledge of EPA, DOT, PHMSA, DHS, and OSHA requirements
- Valid Driver's License required (subject to motor record review)
