Regulatory Compliance Supervisor (m/f/x)

Oversee EU/UK regulatory compliance for hardgoods, lead risk assessments across the product lifecycle, and guide engineering, design, and commercial teams on regulatory requirements. Manage compliance documentation and product commercialization, coordinate testing with external labs and internal quality/R&D teams, monitor regulatory changes, and support internal audits and external inspections. Resolve compliance issues and drive product safety improvements; train teams on regulatory, safety, and compliance processes; apply EN/ISO standards and frameworks (CE, RoHS, REACH, WEEE, EMC, LVD, GPSR); implement 3M Product Safety and Product Stewardship processes; collaborate with cross-functional Product Safety teams; lead and support direct reports with performance metrics. This role is on-site four days a week in the designated country locations. Safety, EHS culture, diversity & inclusion are emphasized across the organization.
