Job Summary
The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will lead the deployment of risk-based Food Safety programs at the Richmond Bakery, ensuring compliance with Mondelez and regulatory requirements. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in Food Safety or Quality Assurance and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Candidates with Lean/Six Sigma experience and HACCP/PCQI certifications are preferred. This position is contract-based for 5-6 months and is not offering relocation assistance. The salary range is approximately $45 to $50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, or Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or Food Safety Leadership
Desired Qualifications
- Lean/Six Sigma experience
- HACCP certification
- PCQI certification
