Job Summary
Regulatory Compliance Manager responsible for overseeing the company’s regulatory compliance program across regional and national energy regulations (NERC, FERC, EIA, RTOs/ISOs), including onboarding and ongoing program management for projects, with travel up to 25%. Hybrid in Houston, TX; visa sponsorship not available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or engineering
- At least 5 years of professional experience in regulatory compliance or a related field in the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of solar energy technology, finance, and operations
- Strong leadership skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with NERC and NERC CIP compliance
- Experience with NERC, EIA and other federal reporting
- Experience in PJM, MISO and/or TVA is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
