Job Summary
Regulatory Compliance Manager responsible for ownership of day-to-day compliance tasks including regulatory research and interpretation, reviews of consumer-facing materials for state and federal compliance, document management, and coordinating training. Coordinates revisions and approvals of SOPs, policies, and training content; manages documentation reviews; collaborates with multiple functional areas to drive company initiatives; compiles data for board materials and responds to regulatory inquiries. Requires Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in legal/compliance within financial services, strong writing and communication skills, and knowledge of consumer protection laws (UDAAP, TILA, ECOA).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in legal or compliance within banking or financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to read, write, and apply information; strong research and writing
- Knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations including UDAAP, TILA, ECOA
- Ability to develop and maintain business relationships and work with cross-functional teams
