Job Summary
Develop and coordinate the Project Regulatory & Compliance framework to ensure adherence to Mozambican regulatory requirements, permit conditions, and international standards. Provide technical and coordination leadership within the R&C team, supporting the Project Director and Interface Manager with regulatory strategy and stakeholder alignment across the project lifecycle. Collaborate effectively across project offices, site operations, and global execution centers within a multi-location, multi-disciplinary EPC environment. This Lead/ Principal-level role operates within a complex project structure requiring strong cross-functional coordination.
