Job Summary
Assess CMS program documents, review process narratives, and perform gap analyses against regulatory requirements. Identify regulatory gaps, develop recommendations for procedural changes, and conduct transaction testing to confirm adherence to policies. Manage large data sets, synthesize findings into Key Risk and Performance Indicators, and create detailed supporting work papers and client deliverables including audit reports and risk assessments. Communicate effectively with clients and management while meeting deadlines and escalating issues as needed. This project-based, 100% remote role requires 4+ years of financial services compliance experience and is open to candidates without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business
- 4+ years' experience in compliance testing, audit, or process/risk/control documentation and evaluation
- 4+ years' Financial Services experience
- experience with bank regulatory compliance
- experience with deposit operations
- experience with loan operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective project management and leadership skills
- Ability to plan, strategize, and manage time independently and within budget
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- proficiency with business process mapping tools such as Visio
- Must be able to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
