Job Summary
Regulatory Compliance Associate at GoCardless, coordinating regulator interactions and supporting licence/permission variation activities; responsible for regulatory reporting to regulators (FCA, PSR, ASIC, FMA, HMRC) and maintaining records of correspondence; supports regulatory examinations and audit processes, Consumer Duty program delivery, horizon scanning, and updating the regulatory obligations register; contributes to governance, MI reporting for board visibility, and development of training materials. Must be able to work independently and with senior stakeholders, driving projects from design to completion in a fast-paced fintech environment.
