Job Summary
As Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will prepare and submit regular energy-regulatory reports to ERC, DOE, and PEMC; manage reporting for Net Metering, DER, CREM, GEOP, and RAP while facilitating enrollment of Contestable Customers into RCOA; collate regulatory reports from Engineering and Customer Service to ensure full compliance monitoring; prepare technical presentations for RCOA customers, LGUs, and other organizations; maintain a systematic records management system and act as the department's document management administrator; collaborate across Engineering, Customer Service, and AP Regulatory teams to meet strict regulatory deadlines and deliver data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BS Mathematics, Economics or Accounting
- Entry-level candidates welcome
- Knowledge of ERC and DOE regulations
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Trend Interpretation
- Familiarity with rate-making techniques
- Awareness of ISO IMS (Integrated Management System), safety, and health standards
