Job Summary
Complete simple regulatory license applications for occupational and corporate gaming entities with supervision. Interface with employees on personal licensing matters and manage dates and priorities for assigned individuals or jurisdictions. Interact and communicate with gaming regulators in multiple jurisdictions while maintaining license requirements and tracking systems for all license types. Identify areas of concern for escalation to the Licensing supervisor and support confidential projects or principal applications as needed. Assist with process improvement projects and maintain corporate exhibits. This 50% office/50% remote role in Las Vegas, NV, requires a professional with excellent communication skills to build collaborative relationships and drive results.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Gaming or regulatory experience
- Relationships with gaming regulators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact professionally, diplomatically and effectively with government authorities from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- High motivation
- Ability to work supervision
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work in an unstructured, dynamic environment
- Some domestic travel
