Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end integrity of capital and risk-weighted asset reporting, including analysis, production, and validation for FFIEC 101/102, FR Y-9C, Call Report, and CCAR stress test forecasts. Review quarterly actuals and variance analyses to ensure RWA compliance with regulatory instructions, while addressing internal and external inquiries from the FRB, OCC, and FDIC. Lead process improvements, manage post-mortem actions, and execute internal controls for quarter-end close and Basel III Endgame external reporting. Present quarterly capital results to senior leadership and regulators, driving accuracy across Standardized and Advanced approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in financial services or a related industry
- Firmwide regulatory reporting experience with deep Basel capital expertise
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong control mindset with experience establishing or enhancing internal controls
- Solid knowledge of regulatory reporting standards and requirements
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
