Job Summary
Coordinate SOX audit and inspection activities, serving as the primary operational interface with external auditors (e.g. KPMG) and internal stakeholders; manage KPMG requests and response processes; coordinate IT and technology system scoping activities including the Annual Review of SOx; support governance, maintenance and revalidation of the SOx Control Framework; drive audit readiness across the organisation; deliver audit-related training, communications and engagement to promote SOx awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, Finance, or a related discipline
- 15 years - Proven track record in implementing enterprise risk frameworks and enabling integrated risk management practices.
- Demonstrable experience in SOx, IT general controls, audit, risk management, or compliance within a regulated, global organisation, with exposure to external audits and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CPA/ACA, or equivalent risk, audit, or compliance qualifications
